दिवसाची सुरुवात मटका चहाने , आहाहा!दिवसच बनेल.मटका म्हणजे मातीचे छोटेसे भांडे . गरिबांचा freezer ओळख असलेला मटका तुम्हाला माहिती असेल, त्यातील पाणी म्हणजे वाव.मटका चहा हा तंदुरी चहा म्हणून ही ओळखतात.मटक्याला हिंदीत कुल्हड म्हणतात,हे न रंगवलेले आणी चमकदार नसलेले भांडे असते जे disposableही आहे.मटक्याचा वापर सिंधू संस्कृतीपासून म्हणजे ५०००वर्षापासुन सुरू आहे.तुम्ही कधी गरम मातीवर पडणार्या पावसाच्या पहिल्या सरी वेळी येणारा सुवास अनुभवलाय? अगदी तसाच गरम चहा मटक्यात ओतल्यावर तो त्यात शोषला जातो आणि मग त्याला जो मातीचा सुगंध व चव येते,ती शब्दात न सांगता येणारी आहे.सर्वप्रकारचे perfume ही या सुगंधापुढे फिके पडतील.असा हा मातीचा स्वाद असलेला चहा तुम्ही नक्की प्यावा आणि आपल्या बालपणीच्या मातीच्या खेळाच्या आठवणीत रमावे.
